Congratulations to Will Kew, who won the Best poster prize at the 2017 conference with his poster: “Scotch Whisky as Interrogated by Advanced Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and Chemometrics”

The PANIC conference provides an interactive forum for discussion of the latest developments in the use of NMR for practical applications to real problems faced by scientists in industry and research institutions. The emphasis is the practicality of the solution and “getting the job done” and attracts around 250 delegates.

Will has demonstrated that he can not only entertain and educate audiences while hosting a whisky tasting evening, but also successfully compete at international scientific events. Well done Will!
